Her unique perspective, shaped by experience in both the boardroom and the home front, positions her as a leading voice in conversations around gender, equity, and the economy.
Ciara founded WomanIncluded Economy to close the gap between women’s participation and their full inclusion in economic systems. She believes that true progress happens not just when women are visible, but when they are enabled, empowered, and economically integrated, whether in employment, business, creativity, or leadership.
Through this platform, she is building a community of forward-thinkers, doers, and policy-shapers committed to unlocking women’s full potential for the good of families, companies, and the economy as a whole.
